The Indiana Counseling Association (INCA) provides curated resources to support counseling professionals, students, and the broader mental health community across Indiana.

The Resources page exists to:

  • Centralize commonly requested information for counselors and students

  • Reduce confusion around licensure, certification, and professional requirements

Exam Preparation Support

INCA offers exam preparation resources for counseling students pursuing licensure.

  • NCE & NCMHCE Exam Prep materials are available under the Students section

  • Includes study manuals, recorded workshops, and content-specific resources

Multi-State & Telehealth Practice

Counselors practicing across state lines or via telehealth are encouraged to review current jurisdictional requirements.

The Indiana Counseling Association adheres to the American Counseling Association (ACA) Code of Ethics.

Counselors are responsible for maintaining ethical practice in accordance with:
