The Indiana Counseling Association offers high-quality, affordable continuing education webinars designed to support ethical practice, professional growth, and clinical excellence for counselors and mental health professionals across Indiana.
Webinars are available to members and non-members, with discounted pricing and select free offerings for ICA members.
Indiana Counseling Association is approved by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 2015. INCA is solely responsible for all aspects of its continuing education programs.
Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified.
Live webinars are conducted in real time via Zoom and require full attendance to receive continuing education credit.
Live webinar requirements:
Full attendance for the entire session
Active participation as instructed by the webinar moderator
Completion of the required Webinar Evaluation
Attendance verification procedures are provided during each live webinar.
Pre-recorded webinars allow participants to complete continuing education at their own pace.
Home study requirements:

Complete the Learning Assessment
Achieve a minimum score of 80%
Submit the Webinar Evaluation
Each pre-recorded webinar includes its own Learning Assessment form.
One hour (60 minutes) of programming equals one NBCC-approved continuing education hour, unless otherwise specified.
Continuing Education Certificates are issued after all attendance and evaluation requirements are met.
Certificates are emailed within one week of receiving completed documentation.
Registration and full payment are required prior to accessing any webinar.
Members must log into their INCA account to receive member pricing.
Webinar fees and member discounts are listed with each individual webinar.
Due to minimal administrative costs, webinar fees are non-refundable.
Participants should be aware that live webinars may be recorded.
INCA retains the exclusive right to:
Copy
Distribute
Publish
Reproduce
Sell any INCA-recorded webinar content
Recording or reproducing any portion of an INCA webinar by attendees is prohibited unless prior written permission is granted by INCA.
Participants or prospective participants with concerns regarding INCA or its continuing education programs may submit a complaint by emailing execdirector@indianacounseling.org.
INCA will review complaints and respond within two weeks. While specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed, all concerns are taken seriously and reviewed appropriately.
Independently licensed mental health professionals are invited to submit proposals for live webinar presentations.
Webinar presentations are considered pro-bono service to the counseling community and help ensure continuing education remains accessible and affordable.
Proposal submissions must include:
Presenter name(s) and professional credentials
Presentation title
Learning objectives
Target audience
Multicultural and diversity considerations
CV or résumé
Client-identifying information must not be disclosed without appropriate informed consent.
Proposals should be submitted to execdirector@indianacounseling.org.
