ICA Board of Directors Meetings
July 2025 - June 2026
*Note: All ICA Board of Directors positions (July-July), with exceptions of the President, President-Elect, and Treasurer that serve for 2-year terms.
ICA Board of Directors Meetings typically occur on the third Saturday of the month (beginning in July) from 9:30- 11:00 am EST. Board members are expected to attend scheduled Board meetings.
2025-2026 ICA Board of Directors Meeting Dates:
Meetings are typically held virtually via Zoom for 1.5 hours, with the exception of the Leadership Retreat in July.
According to our current Bylaws, all Executive Board and Standing Committee positions require that applicants go through the formal election process with review by the Nominations Committee. All nominations for Professional-Interest Group Directors are reviewed by the Board of Directors for approval. All Committee Chairs are appointed by the Association President.
