Announcing our 2026 Emerging Leaders Program

ICA is pleased to announce that applications are now open for the 2026 Emerging Leaders Program. This annual initiative is designed to connect experienced counseling professionals with emerging leaders in the field, fostering growth, professional development, and engagement within the counseling community.

The program offers valuable opportunities for both mentees and mentors:

· Mentees receive individualized support, networking opportunities, and professional mentorship to enhance their skills and leadership potential.

· Mentors contribute their knowledge, experience, and guidance to help shape the next generation of counseling professionals.

Applications are open until December 5, 2025.
