Attendees will leave able to: 

1. Participants will explore military sexual trauma (MST) and its prevalence and impact within military and veteran populations.

2. Participants will identify psychological, physiological, and relational effects linked to MST, including PTSD, depression, anxiety, and moral injury.

3. Participants will investigate systemic and cultural barriers that impact help-seeking behaviors among survivors of MST.

4. Participants will integrate practical strategies and evidence-based counseling approaches to enhance counselor competency, advocacy, and client safety when working with MST survivors.
